1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website EscortsMap.com and all of its subdomains and language versions (the "Website"), operated by EscortsMap.com ("we", "us", "the Operator").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. This agreement is concluded electronically and is not separately filed.

2. Nature of the service

2.1 EscortsMap.com is an online advertising directory. We provide a platform where adult advertisers can publish listings and where visitors can view those listings and make contact. We act only as a host of user-generated content and as a provider of advertising space and related tools.

2.2 We are not an escort agency. We do not employ, represent, manage, or control any advertiser, and we are not party to any arrangement, communication, or meeting between users.

2.3 No sexual services. The Website must not be used to offer, solicit, arrange, or pay for sexual services or any other unlawful activity. Advertising on EscortsMap.com is for companionship and time only. Any content that offers or implies the sale of sexual services is prohibited and will be removed, and the account may be suspended or terminated.

2.4 We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee any result, contact, or outcome from using it.

3. Eligibility and age

3.1 The Website is strictly for adults. You may only access or use it if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher (for example 21). All advertisers and all persons depicted in any content must be at least 18 years old.

3.2 By using the Website you represent that viewing adult-oriented advertising content is lawful in your country and place of residence and does not breach any applicable law.

3.3 Where an advertiser's age cannot be clearly established, we may require proof of age (for example a verification video or a government-issued photo ID), and we may suspend the listing until this is provided.

3.4 Restricted territories. The Website is not offered to, and may not be used by, residents of the United States or Malaysia. Persons located in or resident of these territories may not register, advertise, purchase services, or otherwise use the Website. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe originates from a restricted territory, and we may block access from these locations. We may add further restricted territories at any time where required by law or our policies.

4. Account types

4.1 The Website currently offers two account types:

• Member — a registered user who can send messages to advertisers, leave reviews, and report profiles that appear to be fake.
• Independent Escort (Advertiser) — a registered adult advertiser who can create a profile, publish a listing, request verification, and purchase premium services.

4.2 Considering the nature and name of the Website, advertiser accounts are intended for adult independent advertisers. Listings that misrepresent the person advertising will be removed.

5. Registration and account security

5.1 Registration requires a display name, a valid email address, and a password. You must confirm your email address before your account is active.

5.2 You must provide true, current and complete information. Providing false information, or another person's information or images, voids the agreement and may result in immediate termination.

5.3 You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, nor for delays or errors caused by inaccurate data you provide.

6. Advertiser content and obligations

6.1 Advertiser listings are free to publish. Only premium services (see Section 8) are charged.

6.2 Before a profile becomes visible, the advertiser must complete the mandatory fields, which include at least: a profile photo, gallery photos, contact phone number, country and city, description, age and physical details. The profile is then submitted for publishing.

6.3 Manual moderation. We review profiles, photos, banners, and reviews before they go live. We may approve, reject, edit, or remove any content at our discretion, including content that breaches these Terms or does not meet the standard of the Website. Approved profiles are made visible by us.

6.4 The advertiser is solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of everything they upload, including photos and text. By uploading content, the advertiser confirms it depicts them, that they hold all necessary rights, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

6.5 Photos and videos must not contain: any other person who has not consented; text, logos, watermarks, phone numbers, emails or website addresses; advertising of other products or services; or anyone who is not, or does not appear to be, the advertiser.

6.6 "Fantasies" section. The advertiser profile includes an optional, non-mandatory section called "Fantasies", in which an advertiser may, if they choose, indicate personal preferences. Any selection in this section reflects only the advertiser's private personal preferences and is not an offer, advertisement, solicitation, promise, or indication of availability of any sexual service or act to any user or third party. Nothing selected in this section may be interpreted as an offer or agreement to provide such activities to anyone, and the prohibition on offering, soliciting, or arranging sexual services in Section 2.3 applies in full to this section.  

7. Verification

7.1 Advertisers may request identity verification by uploading a video in which they hold a sheet of paper clearly showing today's date, the text "EscortsMap.com", and their unique verification ID as shown in their account.

7.2 Advertisers who are adult performers may additionally request a "Pornstar" status by submitting a verification video, a link, photos, or a combination of these.

7.3 Verification material is used only to confirm identity or status and is handled confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy. We may refuse or revoke a verification badge at our discretion.

8. Premium services, credits and payment

8.1 All paid services on the Website are purchased using credits. One (1) credit equals one (1) Euro (€1). Credits are bought through our third-party payment providers.

8.2 Premium services include, among others:

• VIP profile — a highlighted profile with the VIP badge and priority placement, available for 7, 15, 30, or 90 days.
• Banner — an advertising image, provided by the advertiser, that links to a third-party page or to the advertiser's own profile. Banners are reviewed and approved manually before the advertiser pays and the banner goes live.

8.3 Prices and available durations are shown on the Website and may vary. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect services already purchased.

8.4 The advertiser is responsible for the destination and content of any banner link. We only display approved banners and are not responsible for third-party pages reached through them.

9. Reviews and messaging

9.1 Members may leave reviews of advertisers and may send messages through the Website. Reviews are moderated before publication and may be rejected if they breach these Terms or our review guidelines.

9.2 Advertisers may reply to reviews. We may remove any review or message that is false, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise contrary to these Terms.

9.3 Messages are transmitted through our servers and treated as confidential. You must not use messaging to harass others, send spam, or arrange anything prohibited by these Terms.

10. Prohibited use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• use the Website to offer, solicit or arrange sexual services or any unlawful act;
• upload or transmit content depicting minors in any context — we operate a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material, and we report it to the authorities;
• upload content depicting genitalia, sexual acts, or sexually explicit conduct;
• engage in or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or exploitation;
• post hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content;
• impersonate any person, use another person's images or data, or create multiple deceptive accounts;
• scrape, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Website or its content without our written consent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or interfere with the operation of the Website.

Breach of this section may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of the account without refund, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

11. Reporting and complaints

11.1 Users can report fake profiles, false photos, or other concerns using the tools on the Website or by writing to [email protected]

11.2 We investigate reports and may require an advertiser to re-verify their listing or may remove it. We aim to respond to written complaints within a reasonable time, and in any case within the period required by applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

12.1 The Website, its design, software, databases, trademarks, and original content are owned by the Operator and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

12.2 By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for formatting), and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Website. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

13. Refunds

13.1 Because credits unlock digital services that begin on activation, purchases are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated. Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible refund requests for unused credits may be considered within [e.g. 14] days of purchase.

13.2 Any costs associated with a refund (for example payment-processor or cryptocurrency fees) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

14. Suspension and termination

14.1 We may suspend or terminate access to the Website, or remove any content, at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or to comply with the law. Members and advertisers may close their account at any time; closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of activated services.

15. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (including advertiser banners) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Review their policies before using them.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

16.1 The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any contact or result will occur.

16.2 You acknowledge that advertiser information reflects only how advertisers chose to describe themselves and may be inaccurate. You contact and interact with other users entirely at your own risk and on your own initiative.

16.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for the conduct of any user or third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Operator against claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Website.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Website. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws, together with applicable EU and international law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
