Age representation. All persons appearing in any content on EscortsMap.com were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created. Advertisers are required to confirm that they, and any person depicted in their content, are adults, and we may require proof of age at any time.

Not a producer; third-party content. With respect to all user-submitted content on EscortsMap.com, the Operator is not a "producer" as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The Operator's role is limited to the transmission, storage, hosting, retrieval, and formatting of content uploaded by third-party users in areas of the Website under those users' control. Accordingly, the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are the responsibility of the respective content producers, not the Operator.

Exemption. To the extent any visual depictions appear on the Website for which the Operator might otherwise be considered a producer, such depictions are exempt because they do not portray actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2). Advertising platform only. EscortsMap.com sells advertising space and information services only. It is not an escort agency and is not involved in escorting or any sexual-services activity. The offering or sale of sexual services is prohibited under our Terms & Conditions.

Zero tolerance. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material, the involvement of minors, and human or sex trafficking. We remove such content, terminate the accounts responsible, preserve relevant information where lawful, and report to the appropriate authorities. We encourage users to report any suspected illegal content or exploitation to us immediately.
